Job Description: International Order Operations Team Lead
Summary:
• The primary focus of this position is to assist the International Order Operations Supervisor in leading a team of order analysts in their daily transactional activity and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ensuring departmental knowledge and accurate implementation of various policies and procedures as it impacts the order management process – such as & SOX, Revenue Recognition & Export Compliance.
• Build relationships and liaise daily with functional groups such as Sales Teams, Partner Contacts, Finance & IT Support teams - as required to drive efficiency and new initiatives.
• Engaging with product, pricing and programmatic teams to build awareness of any related changes across the order management team.
• Responsible for developing, preparing and interpreting statistical and analytical reporting.
• Proactively assisting with process re-engineering to eliminate non value add activities.
• Actively participate in ongoing system integration projects and co-ordinate testing and training requirements when necessary.
• Monitor quality and consistency of product & process across the EMEA team targeting standardization of knowledge & competency.
• Deliver on ad-hoc assignments as business requires.
Requirements:
• Three to five years experience in order, distribution, and invoice process, with specific knowledge of software license transactions and experience in a team lead or support management role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Fluency in an additional European language would be desirable.
• Understanding of downstream impacts of order process as it relates to the end financial transactions.
• Systems integration project and testing experience.
• Knowledge of NPI, Fulfilment & RMA processes.
• Flexible to changing priorities and to work outside of office hours as the business dictates.
• Strong interaction ability with customer & partner contacts to resolve order management problems.
• Proficiency in Oracle Order Management modules and other software applications which include Excel, Outlook and SharePoint desirable.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
