Leading manufacturing company based in North Shields currently seeking a Dutch and German speaking Consumer Care Advisor to join their successful team. This role is based in a friendly, relaxed environment and offers an excellent benefits package, including a starting salary of £16,500 pa.

Working within a professional, passionate team, the role will involve:

- Speaking to pet product consumers and retail outlets over the telephone
- Contacting customers via e-mail and letter
- Answering enquiries relating to products as well as influencing new consumers
- Building ongoing relationships with existing customers
- Communicating technical, nutritional and general product information
- Providing first class customer services at all times

Applicants must speak fluent Dutch, German and English. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required. First class customer service skills coupled with a friendly, professional telephone manner is essential. Applicants will be talking to consumers and retailers about pets and animal based products, so a love for animals is very important.
