Job Location: West Sussex, Crawley

Role
French /German/Italian/Dutch speaking Customer Care Account Executive
Based in Crawley, you\'ll be responsible for providing a quick and efficient front-line response to major customers, distributors and other branches worldwide.
Essentially, you\'ll deal with support requests, technical enquiries, price quotations, process and progress orders in French or German or Italian or Dutch – while always focusing on your French or German or Italian or Dutch customers. The role is highly reactive, dealing mainly by telephone and email. It is essential that you are able to effectively manage your workload, understand the priorities of your team and the business, and able to identify opportunity for continuous improvement. You need to have a pro-active approach, enthusiasm, accuracy and attention to detail and be excellent in both verbal and written communication.
Profile
The ideal candidate:
·Fluent in both verbal and written French or Italian or Dutch
·Fluent in English to native standard
·Experience in an Engineery or Technical environment.
·Good experience in a sales or service orientated environment is vital
·Good knowledge of office systems, word/excel (SAP – training will be given) and procedures
