Spanish or French Contracts Co-ordinator
My client is a well established tourism company
Location: Oxford
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible for France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Czech Republic, Austria and long haul trips. Involvement with Italian contracts when required.
High quality hotel contracting involving contract rate and room inventory negotiations. This may involve travel to visit hotels across our programme (to resolve any contractual or other problems, or to carry out thorough property inspections) as and when required. All contracts to be achieved by agreed deadlines.
Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure that ATGs contracting specifications are met in these areas.
Ensure that all arrival dates are booked with hoteliers and restaurateurs two years in advance. Dates must be requested by 31st January.
Load and regularly update all room costs and prices and room inventory into CRS by agreed deadlines.
Ensure that payment details with contracted hotels are confirmed and that this is input in the computer system to ensure that the accounts department is supplied with accurate information.
HOURS OF WORK: Monday Friday 8.40 a.m. 5. 30 p.m.*
