Trilingual Supplier Manager – French PLUS Italian or German

Salary/Additional Information: £20,000 + £3000 bonus

Role:
Trilingual Supplier Manager – French PLUS Italian or German
The Trilingual Supplier Manager is responsible for supporting the development of relationships with new and existing suppliers and to ensure the online auction process runs successfully.
This will involve extensive liaison with French, Italian or German suppliers – sourced through internet and telephone research, including interviewing the suppliers to make sure they reach the criteria for the deal with the customer and then relaying that information back to the customer in their language – French, German or Italian.
It will also involve supporting the suppliers through the auction, explaining how to use the tool and help them through the process, organising practice auctions in preparation for live events when required.
Profile:
·Fluency in English AND French with an advanced knowledge of either Italian or German
·Good prioritisation skills – this is a busy environment, particularly in the run up to live events
·Confident and with good communication skills for telephone and face to face liaison with clients
·Good analytical skills to determine the best suppliers to meet the criteria
·Previous experience within an office based sales administration/customer service or procurement/buying function
