Job Description
If you can sell and speak Dutch this could very well be your dream job. We are a multi-award winning, market leading web application company based in London with recent expansion into Europe and specifically the Netherlands. We offer potential clients (recruitment/staffing companies) internationally renowned resourcing solutions, have a conversion rate of 75% and an average deal cycle from open to close of 14 days. Your first year earnings are expected to be £40-50k OTE and in year 2 £60-80k OTE.
We are Broadbean Technology, the World's leading distributor of online job adverts. We have 25,000 users posting 1.5millon adverts every month and this advert that you are reading now was sent to this job board and others like it by our flagship product AdCourier. When you apply for this job your CV will route back through our product and into our candidate management system where your application will be processed in next no time. We will also process the CV\'s of over 2 million other job seekers this month on behalf of our 900+ clients. We have 42 employees and Broadbean will be 6 years old in October. On top of the European expansion we are in the process of opening an office in Los Angeles and have plans for expansion in Asia and Australia.
This is a purely new business role based in the UK with regular travel to the Netherlands. You will be expected to generate your own leads and close your own deals. You will have the support of a client services team who will handle all of your clients and keep them happy for a year until you renew them (our renewal rate is 97%). We don\'t insist on any specific background or qualifications, we don\'t care how old you are, where you\'re from or what you do at the weekend. As long as you can sell and are able to demonstrate that you can consistently hit target we will train you in everything you need to know to become a success. This role will certainly suit ex-recruitment consultants (we have several on the team already) as well as anyone with a background in phone and field based sales.
