Role:
As a member of their technical customer support team you will interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls or Internet, you will be responsible to process customer orders, troubleshoot customer problems. This is a varied role that will see you support IT & customer service requests on high quality products and services. You will join one of their country teams in a dynamic and international environment.

Skills: The ideal candidates will speak native level Dutch, with fluent English, he/she will be customer oriented, as this role requires supporting business customers. You are a team player and have excellent communication skills and good telephone manner.
