Excellent opportunity for a French, Dutch or Flemish speaker to join key fashionwear exporter. You will be responsible for supporting a designated group of clients in France Holland or Belgium, manage their orders and provide accurate sales and order status information. You will respond to your customer’s queries, cancellations and returns, monitor progress and delivery of their orders. You will be a contact point for enquiries from management, account managers and other department relating to statistics, orders, shipments, etc. The successful candidate will be pc literate, have good communication skills with customer service experience, ideally in an export environment. Salary £16500 plus excellent benefits.
