Fast moving, international contact centre based in central Newcastle, currently recruiting for a Dutch speaking Account Manager to join a newly set up department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join an expanding team who offer an excellent benefits package including a basic salary of £15,112 pa, with OTE of £26k, pension scheme and an employee stock purchase scheme.

Working in a team based environment, the role will involve:

- Interfacing with customers via telephone and internet contact
- Taking orders and actively selling and up-selling specific products and services
- Handling customer service and general information queries
- Maintaining a broad product knowledge at all times

Applicants must speak fluent Dutch and English and have excellent communication skills. The power of persuasion and the ability to overcome objections coupled with an ambition to succeed is essential.

Working hours will be flexible between 8.00am – 6.00pm, Monday – Friday
