Corinium Language Associates is a company that provides language services to other businesses, specialising in multilingual recruitment. We work with clients from a wide range of industries located throughout the country.
Company Profile:
Our client, an international manufacturing company, has its European production plant and European Customer Support centre in Worcester. The company's customers include diverse industries such as marine, automotive, industrial machinery, medical equipment, telecommunications and computers. They are currently recruiting a Customer Services Representative with fluency in German.
The working environment is modern, bright and professional. The excellent staff facilities include a canteen area, patio and relaxing room. First class training is provided, and there are good career development prospects. The offices are easily accessible from the M5.
They are now looking for an experienced HR Advisor, with the potential to develop this into a more senior role in due course. The HR advisor is responsible for providing functional support on the complete range of HRD activities at the European Head Office in line with European and Global HRD strategy. This includes:
providing support with compensation and benefit reviews, programmes and initiatives;
employee relations - providing guidance to employees to aide problem resolution, managing grievance and disciplinary issues with managers;
coordinating training and development activities;
performing an active role in recruitment and selection, and coordinating relocation and induction programmes.
You will have fluent English and one of French, Spanish, Italian or Polish. You will have proven experience in HRD and be CIPD qualified. You will have excellent MS Office skills. You will be able to develop others, gain commitment and work using initiative. You will be customer focused, with a high level of interpersonal skills and able to adapt to changing business and individual requirements. Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment is preferable.
